Our Client is a looking for a dedicated and capable candidate for a full time permanent position for their Independent busy practice. They pride themselves on the level of care they provide. This practice are not target driven and expect their vets to offer a gold level of care to their clients.  It is a multivet environment with an abundance of nurse and non clinical/admin support. There is also a dedicated night care team. 15 minute consultations are offered with nurse support, full examinations expected. Continuity of case actively encouraged.   
The rota is an average of 40 hours per week. 6 week rota pattern. 1:3 weekends. No OOH (no first line on-call duty but on-call back to vet team doing on -call 1:6 weekends and one night during the week). For candidates less than 3 years experience there would be some on call duty in order to build key skills and knowledge in this area. There is strong senior vet support/presence available. Large varied case load and extremely busy but well organised environment that would suit strong efficient vet surgeons competent in routine surgery and able to handle volume. Great access to wide range of tools, equipment, facilities and species including exotics, small furries and birds. - £1,200 CPD allowance. 30 days Holiday including BH. Competitive salary based upon experience.
