VES Custom Optics Joins the IMV Technologies Group

IMV Technologies has announced the acquisition of VES Custom Optics (VESCO), a leading veterinary endoscopy company based in the United Kingdom. VESCO will join the companion animal business of IMV imaging, IMV Technologies’ veterinary ultrasound and diagnostic equipment division.

Gavin Mitchell, global companion animal director for IMV imaging said, “We are delighted that VESCO has joined the IMV family. Supplying rigid and flexible endoscopes for small animals and horses in the UK and Ireland, VESCO’s business has grown steadily in the last few years.
