Description | Welcome to Natterjacks – where our team really means everything to us. This small animal position is well supported by a team of 16 friendly and experienced vets, with certificate holders in imaging and exotics, as well as our own in-house orthopaedic team. We are lucky to have our truly excellent nurses, ANAs, and support team. Located across our two sister sites in Bournemouth and Poole, we emphasize on having fun at work and believe in having a great quality of life. Why would I want to work at Natterjacks? We have an inclusive and approachable style that has enticed a diverse client base with an interesting caseload to boot. We have something for everyone! We currently have a good range of equipment and even a CT scanner at our Poole practice. We are continually investing in new facilities to provide our team with the opportunity to grow and flourish. We would support any ambition to specialise and would fund all necessary training. So, what makes a good Natterjacks Vet? You will need a splash of clinical excellence and ambition – we have grown to become one of the largest and most popular practices in the area. Subscribing to the same easy-going and positive philosophy we have will be a winning combination. We have no egos and no attitudes – we work hard for one another and our lovely clientele. What would my work pattern look like? The usual full-time role would involve an average of 40 hours per week, working over 4 weekdays per week, and 1 in 4 Saturdays (with one other Vet). We don’t do out-of-hours work and there’s no sole charge. We mean what we say – work/life balance is key to our team having a great quality of life. You have the opportunity to be located at either of our practices, or across both. Sounds intriguing; let’s talk benefits:
