That's the size of it.  The practice is new and ready to be fronted by a vet with some experience; someone perhaps ready to branch out on their own and see what it's like to take the helm.  But of course you wouldn't be alone!  As part of a much wider team including referral vets, you'd be well supported.  Working alongside you is an experienced nurse and client care staff and together you'll be responsible for building & growing your practice. The right candidate will have established clinical skills and be a good communicator.  You'll need to be able to prioritise and be a decision maker.  You'll have a caring attitude towards both clients and patients. You will be keen to maintain the highest levels of clinical work and deliver excellent service to your clients.
