Full Time Small Animal Vet  – Thompsons Veterinary Surgery – No OOH or On Call!

Due to an internal move, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Small Animal Vet looking for a busy, varied caseload. You will be part of a welcoming and supportive team.

You will enjoy excellent surroundings (Etwall House, old build which has  been completely refurbished!) We are a well-equipped first opinion small animal practice. We really have a great team who all care and look out for each other. This currently consists of 3.5 Vets, 4 Nurses, 4 Receptionists and a Practice Manager.  You will enjoy working with a varied caseload and lovely clients. We have in-house digital x-ray, ultra sound and laboratory for diagnostic testing and an external laboratory for more specialised tests.

We are based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. 12 miles north of Nottingham, 2 miles from the Derbyshire border, this is a great location offering good transport links.  This is a full  time position working 40 hours per week which includes working every other Saturday morning.

You will be supported by an experienced management team while working with an amazing group of vets, nurses and receptionists. There are ample opportunities for management training, as well as a CPD allowance to help you to further your clinical development.
