Part Time Veterinary Surgeon Maternity Cover – Dorchester, Dorset

We have an exciting opportunity at our small animal practice in Dorchester. We seek an experienced vet with brilliant client and patient care.

This is a busy practice with all the expected toys for such a progressive practice. Dorchester is RCVS tier 3 hospital which has high spec ultrasound facilities including cardiac probes, endoscopy, six consult rooms and much more. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy practice with a varied caseload including advanced surgery and medicine.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly team of six experienced vets including certificate holders in surgery, emergency critical care, imaging and dermatology, four nurses and a support team.

Dorchester is a beautiful market town close to Weymouth and less than a twenty-minute drive to the stunning Dorset coastline. There are plenty of water sports and outdoor activities within close proximity.

The ideal applicant will be able to work 3 days at Dorchester and if you would like to work 5 days a week we have the flexibility for you to work within nearby practices.
