Steffan Vets, are a mixed practice in the University Town of Lampeter, and are recruiting a Practice Manger due to expansion. Ideally you will have had experience in managing a team, and being commercially or business minded, but full training support can be provided to the right candidate. You will be responsible for Office and Cost management, effectively managing client debt, and taking responsibility for payroll. Excellent communication skills are required. Excel and word literate, full training on HR, H&S is given.
