An exciting opportunity has arisen for the newly created role of Clinical Nursing Manager to head an experienced team of nurses with a wide variety of interests in a large purpose built mixed practice in the heart of rural Somerset.

The successful candidate will possess proven leadership, people and management skills to encourage, motivate and nurture the nursing team to achieve and maintain our high standards of clinical and customer care.

Current team of 5 experience nurses and 1 SVN. Healthy 1:7 rota and no out of hours’ phones.
