Grove Lodge Vets are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. Grove Lodge Vets is part of the UK’s leading Veterinary Group, Independent Vetcare. We have six practices located around our main 24hr Hospital based in Worthing. This will be a field based role across all sites. We offer a variety of services including Cardiology, Dermatology, Orthopedics Internal Medicine and Opthomology.

We are looking for a professional and forward thinking individual with an understanding of business processes. This is a hands on HR Manager role that will encompass all duties involved with human resources. CIPD Qualification level 3/5 and experience of HR related change management is essential. Previous experience of the Veterinary Industry is preferred but not essential.
