Our progressive independent Client is looking for a small animal veterinary surgeon to cover their emergency night shifts. They are currently running a very effective working pattern that allows their vets to enjoy an amazingly flexible work life balance. Routine first opinion general practice skills are essential (clinical, medical, consultation and surgical). The practice are more than happy to provide some additional support in order to gain confidence with any procedures typically seen during out of hours if required. 

If you are calm, composed, good communicator who is confident with sole charge (always a nurse on duty) would fit into to this interesting and diverse environment. Current senior vets/Directors are always there for additional support. The practice provide cover for other independent practices as well as internal branch practice, With great equipment and facilities such as digital radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy you can develop your own interests to your hearts content. This is a very well structured and collaborative team. For those already pursuing a Certificate or wanting to start one this can also be considered. Long term - Clinical Director/Partnership opportunities. 

CPD - is actively encouraged and there is a generous salary dependent on experience with bonus scheme in place.

Accommodation available whilst on duty or full-time accommodation also available and can be included into the package.
