We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon with a genuine passion for what they do to join a lovely practice in Southampton on a full time basis.  Personality, empathy and communication skills are as important as qualifications, with a wish to work up cases to a high standard.  A willingness to learn and work together is important to this friendly team whos main passion is providing exceptional client care with a particular focus on preventative medicine.

My client is a forward thinking and well equipped independent award winning practice with a lovely, loyal customer base. They are currently a 5 vet practice with a Cardiology Certificate holder and colleagues registered on medicine and diagnostic imaging certificates and all of their 8 nurses are either qualified or in training. 

Work life balance is important to this team and so they have minimal OOH, no night duties, with 1 in 4 weekends and a 4 day break every 4th week.

They can offer a generous CPD allowance / certification with supportive colleagues as well as private healthcare, pension, gym membership and bonus scheme as standard.
