Summerhill is a Small Animal, 10 practice group and you will sharing this role with the existing Clinical Director so will have an excellent support system in place for your first post. It is essential you are a confident clinician with a willingness to continue to promote to a high standard of clinical work and client/patient care. You would enjoy empowering and working with your team. Management experience is not essential as we can provide full management and HR support.
