| Description | Our Client is an independent practice who are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their well established friendly team. This is a one branch practice, very progressive with excellent tools and facilities but with good, traditional values. The ooh's are covered by another practice. You will be working alongside 3.5 experienced vets (two of which are certificate holders in medicine, cardio and small animal surgery)., 9 experienced nurses, 2 student nurses and 3 VCA's plus an excellent support team. This practice are very customer focused and ensure consistency for their clients. You are able to 'work-up' your cases, enjoy clinical freedom and due to excellent relationships within the team have an awareness of the variety cases that come in. Two years experience is recommended - you must be able to perform routine duties and surgery and there is some very light sole charge. They offer a great work/life balance rota. Rota: (Mon - Fri 8am-7pm) 4 day week with a 1:4 weekend. The practice will soon be expanding it's premises. Generous salary dependent on experience. Private health care and pension included.
