Your New Practice:You will be our New Graduate Vet Surgeon for our small animal practice. You will be working in a very modern clinic which is keen on training and supporting graduate vets. Your new workplace has great transport links and has onsite parking for your car. Our practice consists of 9 vets.  You will have a mentor from day one, and work alongside a team of experienced and supportive vets and nurses, with varied case load and very interesting cases. Your new practice has invested in a range of high tech equipment in order to provide you with the best possible working environment

Your New Role: You will be working 40 hours per week. 1 in 2 Saturday mornings and 1 in 8 Saturday afternoons and no OOH’s. During your first 6 weeks you will be based at our hospital, then will work at one of our practice sites. Your medical skills will be used to their full potential and additional professional development will be supported and encouraged. You will be joining our two year graduate programme which provides a new graduate with the essential skills and experience in a veterinary practice.

What you need to succeed: you will need to be registered with the RCVS as a qualified Vet by the start date of the programme in order to be eligible. You will need to be keen to take on any professional development opportunities that are available and committed to starting a career as a Vet.
