Merial out of stock of EURICAN® Herpes vaccine

Merial, now part of Boehringer Ingelheim, has announced that it is out of stock of EURICAN® Herpes vaccine in the UK.

EURICAN Herpes is used to vaccinate pregnant bitches to prevent mortality, clinical signs and lesions in puppies from canine herpes virus infections acquired in the first few days of life, through passive immunity. Unfortunately there are no other canine herpes vaccines available, and Merial are currently unable to confirm exactly when the vaccine will be re-stocked.
